Premier folds into our Ohio operating company Smith-Boughan, substantially boosting our Midwestern service business and expanding our customer footprint.
This acquisition proves out the value of the Exigent platform to support the growth and capabilities of all our operating companies, and to offer customers integrated mechanical solutions. Together with our private equity sponsor Huron Capital Partners, we will continue to drive growth in the combined Ohio entity by investing in their technology, equipment, skills training and working capital.
